About us
We belong to dynamically developing law firms with a nationwide activity based in Olomouc. We always do the first consultation for free, when we tell you what the case will involve, including price offer, you can conclude a legal assistance agreement with us, if you are interested. Otherwise, you will not pay anything. If we will recover the debt for you, you will not pay anything, until you will have your money back.

JUDr. Lumír Caletka
In 2011, he finished studies of law and legal science at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague with a diploma thesis entitled The right to life and the capital punishment, with study average during the whole srudies of 1,91 and received the Mgr. degree.
Already during the studies he focused on legal assistance in several renowned law offices and commercial companies in Prague. After finishing his studies, he practiced a diverse legal profession, where he dealt with various cases from all branches of law with specializing in civil, commercial and criminal law. Subsequently, in 2017, he passed the Bar Examination in the Czech Bar Association with Excellence and became the founder of the law office with general practice.
In 2019, he was included in the Encyclopedia of Personalities of Czech and Slovak Republic by British Publishing House LTD as a Czech personality who, among other things, contributed significantly to the fight for the rights of victims in criminal proceedings and their compensation of non-material damage caused to them and the protection of creditor’s rights in civil proceedings .
Life credo: „The passing of time is the only clear justice. Otherwise, we live in the world, where justice must prove itself, and when two do the same, it may not always be the same.“
